I suggest having Debian on at least one of the machines. The pieces of a
Debian install just seem to integrate cleaner than a RedHat or Mandrake
install, and dselect makes it easier to get just what you want on the
computer for the demo. Also, it comes with a true type font server for X,
which will help a lot if you're demoing a word processor ("See, you can even
use all the same fonts you've used in Windows and MORE!")

Only problem with Debian is that some of the software isn't completely up to
date, but then, I'm pretty sure it's all completely stable, so . . .

(I use RedHat on my computers, but only because of all the neat, up to date,
software)
