Wasn't Setsuna's mother blabbering his name when she was holding her husband. Was it a bad translation that I saw?

On the topic of names that might mean something - the pink haired bridge operator that isn't a shopaholic is named "Felt". That's both the name of a fabric, and the past tense of the verb "Feel".

Anyway neither makes much sense: "kill that" is a ridiculous name,
    and
there's nothing Buddhist about Setsuna and CB. OTOH, the other GM's
names are a Judo-Christian chant, a combat action, and "animals" so
why not give the lead character a name that's both pseudo-Buddhist
    and
    mean "kill that/those".

Perhaps it's nonsensical sweet nothing created by lazy G00
    writers, or
it could be nonsensical sweet nothing created by crafty CB
    leadership.
Or it might even be subliminal message relating to the latent
specialty roles for each GM, to be revealed later in the series. I am
thinking along the line of the Seven Deadly Sins in FMA. Perhaps
Allelujah will go fanatic/berserk, Lockon is a target-focussed drone,
Tiera is not human, and Setsuna is a transcendental
    destroyer/cleanser.
