Then why was this announcement NOT sent the discuss list?

The systematic neglect of the discuss participants who did not attend any of
the hastily disorganized face to face meetings continues.  The discuss list was
a bone to throw out so they could point to it and say they solicted public
comment.  Nothing more.

No substantive efforts to conduct new drafts has occured there, dispute
comments.

Look at the ORSC effort.  Revised drafts were put forth every day, usually
multiple times.  Numerous comments were received, and they were written and
republished for more comments. This was a substantive effort to conduct the
drafting in a public an dopen fashion.  No such effort ever existed for the
DNSO.org, it would of been too dangerous to the interests of the special
interests they are catering to.
