What makes you think that DNSO.org, DNSO.net, or any other DNSO wants to
attract the masses of Domain Name owners?

I think your three proposals above are great! You should go ahead and submit
them to the DNSO ([EMAIL PROTECTED]), to the ORSC, the INTA, and everyone
else writing an application.

But a word of advice, Joop: Don't hold your breath waiting for them to be
included and published as part of anyone's bylaws.
