  LOL!  THis is a cute and interesting statement.  Lets look at your first
sentence here for starters.  Jon, by his own admission, was not
a good administrator.  He was a technician.  Hence, you first sentence or
statement is on its face false, by Jon's own definition of himself.  Second,
one must first agree that Jon was wise in all things in this area.  Many
have realized that he was not, as he himself, self admitted.  Third, one must
assume and except that ccTLD's was a good idea along with RFC 1591.
We, and I do not except or assume that creating ccTLD's was or is
still a wise idea.  Hence the rest of your argument presumes much and
provides little in fact.  Therefore I find this argument unsound and not
logical.
