My point is only that the elections were to be at the highest level of
priority, and it is very difficult to find what their course is.  Such an
important aspect of their operation should not require diligent
investigation, but should be well shown and advertised.

On your other point, I am not slightly interested in "yelling louder" or
yelling at all.  I am accustom to operating in a professional manner, where
responsible individuals meet their obligations, return messages and engage
with others who are likewise professional.  I am discouraged by the ICANN
approach.
