  You are exactly right here Joe.  This has not really been done
on a broad enough scale.  Why?  Well because there has not been
sufficient enough $$ to market it adequately, for one thing.  The
other is that the "Traditionalists" have done all they can do to
discredit it, which I find to be a "Sour Grapes" attitude.
