Who's handling your DNS support?  I.e., what IP address do you have
in the DNS section of your TCP/IP control panel, who's running that
box, who told you to put it as your DNS server?

I'm seriously puzzled, too, but it's beginning to sound more and
more like a networking issue, not a REBOL issue.
