Lee is correct. You must use batteries specifically designed for deep
cycle use in order to get best performance in a house battery.  An
assumption is made that  the corrrect type of battery is selected for the
speicif application being described.  That means you would be over paying 
for start batteries if you used deep cyclesd instead.
