I just read something about documentation either in the dec practical
sailor or the jan/feb good old boat issues.. read both on my lunch
break... one of the comments made was that the states will use a
hailing port as "proof" that its a boat belonging to XXX state.
My hailing port is Key West, and I am a lifelong Fla resident..
registration on my over 30 yrs old boat is $4/yr... my doc stamps or
whatever you call it is $5... at that rate I am going to go broke
fast... such hardship..

HAPPY NEW YRS TO ALL.. My lcd scream has been replaced and i am back
online.. such are the joys of life..

It's not about the boat it's sails or rigging. It's about the freedom.

"We are the guardians of a great faith. When we believe that freedom
offers the best chance of peace and prosperity for all, and our desire
for peace cannot be seperated from our believe in liberty." Harry S.
Truman

Political Correctness is a doctrine, fostered by a delusional,
illogical minority and rabidly promoted by an unscrupulous mainstream
media, which holds forth the proposition that it is entirely possible
to pick up a turd by the clean end.
