Florida Statutes defines “liveaboard vessel” (fishing vessels are
excluded):
(a) Any vessel used solely as a residence; OR
          (b) Any vessel represented as a place of business, a
professional or other commercial
enterprise, or a legal residence.

The way I read it, if you use your boat also for transportation it is not used
solely as a residence.
Also: It can not be a legal residence if you are moving it from state to state.
Ergo: One who uses their boat for travel and has declared their mailing address
their legal residence, that boat does not fit the legal definition of a
liveaboard vessel.

Sounds good to me.
