I agree we each can do a real disservice to those who come after us. That
includes posting on this forum.
Unfortunately in the past(?) local laws differed & appeared to be somewhat
dynamic. Different enforcement agencies have different "missions" & each
enforcer handles a given situation differently & appears to interpret the laws
differently. Because of all this, blanket statements about this, don't always
apply to everyone's experiences and/or interpretations.
