On my 376, the internal halyard used to raise and lower the dining table has
parted. Has anyone ever had to replace that line? Is it a big job involving
removal of the compression post or is there a simple way to replace the line.

If it was just worn and I was replacing it, it would have been simple (I'm
guessing) to just use the existing line as a messenger and run the new line.
Unfortunately that's not an option since the line broke.

TIA for any help.

Steve
