That is a pretty big pump to get no result. That indicates that your 
leak is quite large. You should be able to run the pump and throw some 
dye in the water around your boat and located approximately where your 
leak is.

Another method could be to buy a large tarp, place it around the 
offending hull, pump said hull out and tarp should suck right up to 
hull. Then add water and dye in between hull and tarp. the water 
pressure will push it through your leak and you will not have diluted 
dye. Added benefit is that you have a limited amount of water coming in 
and this may assist in the location being a bit more apparent.
