I may be wrong, but I think that it is

1. safe to use included samples
2. very difficult to prove what samples you used in the production if
possible at all (when it concerns such basic samples like drums and
instruments opposed to parts of someone else's recordings)
3. you would have to be very successful for it to matter even if it is
proven that you used an "unlicensed" base drum

In general, the problem is not serious and you should release you cd without
worrying.
