In my opignion the real danger is in the actual package. Some idiot lawyer
(very posible a german 'marnung-artist' .. :/ -could focus on the actual
LMMS package, and with that in hand place a class-act lawsuit on everything
ever produced with LMMS. Simply using the lawyer-based-logic "produced with
somthing that has illeagal content -ergo illeagal!
Some lawyers has made a carreer in being guilded ass*****..
The problem is that noone really have to document a loss of revenue. Just
the possibillity of revenue-loss is enough.
Rediculous, but most of the 'leagal magistration' is rediculous.
So - its indeed a serious isue that samples of dubious orrigin ever has been
included in LMMS, not only for LMMS users, but definitively for dev-team,
and with lawyer logic also for hosts..!
A second important question:
What about the library of presets??
Are all these preset-instruments free to use???
Those presets-settings creating instruments. are also intellectuel property,
and if those are without CC-licence (or free to use) that would definitively
be seriously bad.

Hope this helped
