Well yes, because those are all important considerations that should be
thought about before a feature like this should be implemented.

Are we going to want upload things directly from LMMS too? I thought
LMMS would just have download functionality builtin. Download is easy,
but upload is probably better left for the web browser, so we don't have
to deal with the additional complexity of user accounts, authentication
etc. in LMMS.
