Even if we (ubuntu-fr) have core members in both cities, we never try
to organise the event alone. But we work together with LUGS in these
cities (Parinux in Paris and Toullibre in Toulouse), since they are
Local (in the sense you are expressing it). We have never planned to
replace them, and on the opposite we beleive that the people who are
happy to participate in our parties, wil be really interested in
knowing/participating with the LUG.
