Why? It's not as if there are security problems - the one necessary fix has been backported. Many of us have fairly complex Exim 3 configurations which won't be easy to transfer to v4. I'm planning to upgrade if/when I want a feature that isn't in the version I'm using now. Roger (Exim admin since 1998 or so)
