In new distribution Linux (manager service by systemd, not SysvInit) , that
default network manager, is NetworkManager.

For simple down or up network interface without disconnect network
adaptor, or not used nmtui, the command is very important.

I presented much cases, when this command is help on trubleshooting.

But not know of nmtui, nmcli, nm-online, etc. but the initscripts
(ifup/ifdown). That command, is knowed for all SysAdmin that wold.

For a new Linux Professional, that command, not very is complicat.

Ex: for disconnect the network interface ens192, ifdown ens192, for up
ens192, simple and eficiente.

That is my vision in Brazil - South América, on very companys.
