Dear, The CentOS 7, this distribution not have by default net-tools, LPIC is not for Debian, Ubuntu or openSUSE, but vendor neutral (CentOS, Debian and openSUSE).
Is not for a distribution particular use, but all distribuition Linux, remembers...
