1. Drop off business cards at all the little local stores that do trade-ins for people buying a new computer, and buy up all their junk computers at $50 each.
2. The www.thinknic.com people will sell you a machine (with keyboard, mouse, powered spkrs, but no monitor) for $200 from stock. It is supposed to run as a CDBOOT machine, but works fine as netboot client under LTSP without having to buy the network card or roms.
