The Cyrix MIII processor is supposed to run fanless. But some tests,
such has from Tom's Hardware page states that it still runs a little hot.
Underclocking it would problably lead to satisfactory results.
This processor on a microatx motherboard would be pretty low cost.
Perhaps you could check out uATX boards with the SIS chipset. They
are pretty inexpensive and would be quite suitable for a thin client.
