[Note to list-admins: my email of 29th April got posted to the list only
on the 8th May; let's hope this one doesn't hit your spam filter (I
don't see why it should). Any tips? ]
Thank you Chris. The issue happens both when I am logged in to Vista AND
when when it is on the login screen.
I am surprised that after my 3 or 4 requests, nobody on this list is
able to point me to a troubleshooting method - logs I could look at,
etc., but since I don't know much about LTSP, maybe this is complicated
for some reason I am unaware of. Sigh.
If there is no way to stop the rdesktop session from restarting when
left alone, at least there could be a way of making LTSP not restart it
automatically until it is required by the user changing to that screen.
Thanks.

I never got any help with that, but I would still like to know some
answers as this is totally blocking my LTSP project...
I don't believe it's the same issue I'm afraid.
Does this happen even when you are actually logged into Vista or just when it
is left at the login prompt? I only ask, because the rdesktop session does
restart every few minutes, if left to its own devices.
