I think this works for some time now with 32 bit flash using
nspluginwrapper. I also tried 64 bit flash but it was too unstable to be
usable.

Anyway, i'd just

apt-get install flashplugin-installer

and it will do the right thing and make flash *just work*, on 32 and on
64 bit. You get updates for flash then, too.
