Hello ainer, thank you for your answer. I need to be more specific: My problem is about selecting the Gnome session (profile) for /usr/bin/gnome-session:
I put the following in lts.conf: --------------------------------------- [default] LDM_SESSION="gnome-session --session=classic-gnome" --------------------------------------- and expect the user to get a classic gnome session (not unity) by default. But the "--session" parameter is not honored, users always get a unity Gnome session by default. This is on natty.
