Epoptes works on fat clients. It gets installed into the chroot. (However,
there's a difference between running some applications locally on thin
clients and running the whole client as a fat client. For example, on our
network we have 32 old machines running as thin clients with Firefox
running as a local app, and we have another 32 new machines running as fat
clients. Epoptes works on both types.)

It's interesting you have the download file. I wonder if the issue is
linked to a broken Scratch install though I'm out of my level of
understanding here. Guessing, sorry. For example, it could be because you
are using the install from the debian tar ball on ubuntu? Complete guess.

I found this, so I suspect these particular install errors aren't causing a
problem and could be a red herring...

With the screenshot and more info, I'm hoping someone else can pitch in
with some clues. There must be a difference between your set up and mine
that is causing this.

Post your lts.conf.

What happens if you run Scratch actually sitting at the server? Same issue?
