Copyright notifications for Marvin Humphrey and Perl licensing notices have
been removed from everything under import/charmonizer/ with r1023010. With the
exception of core/KinoSearch/Util/StringHelper.c (which requires special
treatment and will be dealt with separately), they have also been removed from
everything under import/core/ with r1023021.
