With r1023514, r1023525, and r1023527 all files under clownfish/ were changed
over to ASL2.
With r1023554, r1023555, r1023560, r1023561, and r1023576 all files under
perl/lib and perl/buildlib were adapted for ASL2 as well. This includes files
autogenerated by Clownfish during the build process, including POD
documentation files derived from content within .cfh files,
lib/Autobinding.pm, and lib/KinoSearch.xs.
As a bonus, all the .c and .h files Clownfish writes to perl/autogen/ during
the build process now get the proper licensing info too.
