Hi Dorothy. This is quite simple really. While there have been several methods and techniques tabled to make mirroring dynamic and scalabale, the only method we can go with in the immediate, is to have a main page on your website that provides links to either the Ugandan-hosted copy of your site, or the Kabissa.org one. The links are based on IP addresses, and users in Uganda with limited capacity would experience faster connections to your website, as it would be accessible via the exchange. In terms of connectivity, all you need to do is host WOUGNET with one of the ISPs that are currently connected to the exchange; which are: 1. Africa Online 2. Wilken Afsat 3. UTL Online 4. MTN Uganda Once you acquire colo space at any of these ISPs, the WOUGNET site will be locally accessible. Regards, Mark Tinka - CCNA Network Engineer, Africa Online Uganda
