Hullo All,

It's a shame that ISPs didn't jump at the exchange offer! I think another 
approach would be to educate the public more, put in newspaper articles 
and promote those that have joined. A list of all ISPs that have joined 
up and those that haven't might help. I know this is not a very polite 
approach but the truth is the customers deserve better!
