Hi Dorothy.

Well, you would have something close to a Global Home Page. To understand
what I mean, check out http://volvocars.com. The main page gives some kind
of indication. It doesn't have to be this elaborate, but you don't have to
really modify your website to a large extent. Using a different domain name
for the Ugandan-hosted site would be a very good idea, as it helps avoid
setup/configuration confusion between the two sites. Just in case a
non-local user were to access your Ugandan-hosted website, you could also
have a link on your Ugandan-hosted site that allows the user to access the
Kabissa.org site, since it's probably faster. This all depends on your
policies, and how you would like users to view and navigate your site[s].

You could have a face on your Kabissa.org hosted site, that has a link to
the Ugandan-hosted version of the page. The link would point to, say,
www.wougnet.or.ug. I hope this answers your question.
