Sexist ... well, depends who is looking at it. There are women who will
argue that that site is empowering. That's besides the point however, I
do honestly think that that should not be a reason to deter you or any
woman from talking part in this poll/discussion. That in itself
highlights the fact that *MOST* women expect to be handled with special
care if they are to do anything (including excelling in IT and going to
the bar for lawyers) and will find the first flimsy reason to chicken
out. What I would expect from you Joan and all you women out there is
valid sensible reasons and arguments as to why there are few of you in
IT but all we are getting is grief about a sexist site. I expect I will
be flamed for this but ... bring it on.
