  When exporting LyX to LaTeX those commands are used for
  Arabic and Farsi based on "ARABI" package instead of "\R{phrase}" and
  "\L{phrase}".  Note that in this case the commands used for Hebrew language 
  are not changed so they are still "\R{phrase}" and "\L{phrase}".
