follow the instructions there, ArabTeX works perfectly alright in LyX.
You procedure requires a lot of manual changes, and it also proves that arabTeX is currently not
used directly by LyX.
The goal is that the uses only has to set the document language to Arabic in LyX's document settings
menu and can start. With my patch and arabi this is possible.
