I think we'll of course distribute ELyXer with LyX when it is stable enough. I currently have no time to test it properly, but when ELyXer is able to convert tricky documents like LyX's EmbeddedObjects, Math, and UserGuide manual I will support it as much as possible. Currently the only way to get proper html output is tex4ht but this still fails with the Math manual because it cannot handle cmyk colors.
Alejandro, could you please test ELyXer against LyX's manuals and report the status? thanks and regards Uwe
