As said in my earlier mail this is really easy to realize!

Well no IMO this can not be resolved in an automatic manner (just to much
overhead, but we can have this as an option in the InsetERT. We may also
remove the drawing of the label in the inlined version, if that is desiderable.

And no I don't think we should do this after 1.2.0.
