Okay, since it actually looks like there is some interest in this, I have
committed what I have to CVS - Intro has been converted to book form with
Chapter 1 being a real Introduction; Tutorial and UG have had their
introductory sections greatly reduced. Let me know what you think.

BTW, you will need a recent LyX-cvs to read these.
