Yes, see table 2.8 of the EmbeddedObjects manual.
I tried A B [Justified-line-break] C in a cell, but it doesn't justify.
It only breaks the line because the cell alignment is either left, right or centered but not block. However, I don't know further details of the LaTeX-internal line break handling.
