My apologies, I believe they may be solder pads not easily reconfigurable
jumpers. And the keyboard layout needs to match of course. But the ROM
contents are supposedly identical between UK QWERTY, QWERTZ, and AZERTY
versions. The North American QWERTY version uses a different ROM, though
