Hello Orin, When you first open the Kobo app, assuming you've already bought a book from the Kobo website, you'll find the Library button at the bottom left of the screen. The button is just above the label saying Library. Tap this button and you'll be on a screen containing, at the top, the following items: Icon Home button, All Content, Icon Gear button (this means settings), Search All Content search field. Underneath these are the first six books in your library arranged three to a row. Tap the title of one for the book to open. Along the bottom of the screen are the following 5 tabs: All, I'm reading, Books, Docs, and More. Select either Books or All to have your library displayed. You have to be in a book to find the reading settings. At the end of a chapter or at the beginning of a book, slide your finger down the righthand side of the screen until you hear "Link image". Start flicking right. You may have to tap the centre of the screen twice to make these options usable. You'll hear: Reduce text size, increase text size, Toggle night reading mode, Reduce brightness, increase brightness, toggle night reading mode (this is mislabelled and should read "Location in book), Toggle night reading mode (mislabelled again and should read "Text settings) and this is the one you need. There are two more buttons after this one and yet another is mislabelled as Toggle night reading mode and should read Help.
You need to find Page transition style which is the second heading and select Scrolling which is the fourth option. Tap the Back button to get out of these settings. You can relabel the misleading buttons if you like. On 17 Dec 2012, at 17:17, Orin <orin8...@gmail.com> wrote: > Hi, > How does one set up the Cobo app for accessibility?
