I'm having the same issue Jane.  I've emailed them to ask them for tips for
making the app accessible, if not, I figure they can give me my money back.

That's funny I htink on the US version of the app there is no ba k button so
things can't be saved. I even had eric look at the screen with Voi eOver off
and he can't find anything, so I am out of luck reading Kobo Books for now
