She's not ruling it out yet, but there is the Windows bias in her to a
degree. She says she doesn't want to have to relearn a new operating
system. Thing is, there are many similar interface conventions between the
operating systems that it wouldn't be like starting over. Also, when her PC
conks out, she doesn't know enough of Windows to REALLY troubleshoot it.

Yes; I've experienced that. Is that due to some brand of software with which
the site was written, or is that literally a shortcoming in Mac OS that it
might not support certain web standards?

Hmmm... In what ways? That could be crucial. I guess that, if VPC utilises
the Mac OS's internet connectivity, then your virtual machines are at the
mercy of any abovementioned shortfalls? Or, are the Windows web plugins in
your installed version what matters? And Jeez; I guess the question I should
be asking is, "What would be the best approach to web publishing on a Mac
effectively?"

I know these are a lot of questions. Feel free to answer as few as you'd
like, if at all. Thanks for your insights so far.
