Other than the matter that the cds are illegal, and the links are 
illegal, then yes, there is nothing wrong with it. That may not be how 
I feel, but that's what Apple has stated. In fact Apple has it's own 
legal team just dedicated for these matters.

Never the less, if you want to discuss this, lets take it off list and 
feel free to e-mail me. Other wise, I am offering my technical 
experience here to anyone who would like to ask a technical question, 
so please feel free.
