A standard ribbon cable will fit. Its fiddly, but it does stretch. The only issue I ever had was finding one long enough to accomodate two drives in the pivoting drive bay. My G3 Desktop has a SCSI ZIP drive and so making all the cables meet was actually nigh on impossible. I would have to drop the floppy - which actually isn't a bad idea come to think of it!. Alternatively, the PC modding crowd tend to use IDE cables now which are straight wites with IDE connectors on each end. They are about £10 from Maplin and cone in various colours. If the plug fits through the hole, I expect you'll have few issues from there on. -- Mac UK is sponsored by <http://lowendmac.com/> and... 123Inkjets.com <http://lowendmac.com/ad/123inkjets.html> Support Low End Mac <http://lowendmac.com/lists/support.html> Mac UK list info: <http://lowendmac.com/lists/mac-uk.shtml> --> AOL users, remove "mailto:" Send list messages to: <mailto:[email protected]> To unsubscribe, email: <mailto:[EMAIL PROTECTED]> For digest mode, email: <mailto:[EMAIL PROTECTED]> Subscription questions: <mailto:[EMAIL PROTECTED]> Archive: <http://www.mail-archive.com/mac-uk%40mail.maclaunch.com/> iPod Accessories for Less at 1-800-iPOD.COM Fast Delivery, Low Price, Good Deal www.1800ipod.com
