hi all
i am having a few problems with a friend of mines ibook which wont boot
into osx.
if you reboot it goes to the black screen o death and tells you to
reboot.
I've booted into single user mode and run fsck -y a few times to try
and sort it.
I get a message that the volume has been repaired successfully
it also says the file system was modified
I also get
HFS resolvelink: cant find iNode671800956
errors
when i type reboot - it restarts, get to the spinny disk icon thing and
goes back to restart your mac, black screen.
it wont boot from cd either.
i am a bit stumped - any thoughts?
