Dan,

Paying your taxes is a black and white legal issue. I can't control it. I
can't influence it.

The issue at hand is the value one places on good service and having their
problems solved. The perceived value amongst some is usually nil until they
have a problem and call for help. Our subsequent efforts create loyal
customers we work hard to keep forever.

Call me the next time you have a problem Dan!
