that's the usual, two (2) less expensive chips = install ram. 2G  
chips are significantly more expensive than 1G chips. expansion makes  
the factory RAM upgrade redundant, what does one do with (2) extra 1G  
chips for a specific hardware?

my opinion is that at 2G, you have sufficient RAM to run Harry's  
world, unless you've added video editing to your bag of tricks.
