I don't know.  It seems like others on this list were complaining about it a 
long time before I started experiencing it, though.  Seems like it's been 
around for a while.  In fact, I could be wrong about this, but I could swear I 
read someone's post on this list where they said that issue was fixed in el 
Capitan.
