Hi, The iPhone is great, but a really important distinction to make is that it is not the perfect solution for everyone. Some people love the phones they already have, not to mention computers. And if they're happy with it, including the issues the equipment might give them once in a while, that's great. There'd be no reason for them to buy something new. It'd just be a waste of money.
